This is an extreme budget version of a classic aristocrats deck. Bloodthrone Vampire , Cartel Aristocrat , and Bone Splinters are your sac outlets, Footlight Fiend , Doomed Traveler , and Perilous Myr are your fodder, and Cruel Celebrant , Zulaport Cutthroat , and Vindictive Vampire deal out the damage. Read the Bones gives you selection, Reassembling Skeleton gives you recursion, and Sifter of Skulls / Rally the Ancestors gives you synergy. Sacrifice three or four creatures, get tokens off of Sifter, and sacrifice those too. Rally all your non-tokens back onto the board, sacrifice them again, and get more tokens for sacrificing.

If you have a couple of extra bucks, replace Vindictive Vampire with Zulaport Cutthroat , Sifter of Skulls with three Pawn of Ulamog , and Read the Bones with two Smothering Abomination . That will give you a halfway decent aristocrat deck for less than $10.
