This extreme budget deck is built around mummy cards from the Amonkhet block. Festering Mummy and Sacred Cat come down early and give you value when they die. Fan Bearer and Binding Mummy tap. Wayward Servant and Plague Belcher give you direct damage. Cemetery Recruitment and Unconventional Tactics add recursion. Unraveling Mummy , In Oketra's Name , and Time to Reflect provide combat tricks.

If you have a few extra bucks, the deck would benefit tremendously from a playset of Lord of the Accursed and another copy of Plague Belcher . (I'm not sure if Plauge Belcher is a mummy, but he looks like he has some frayed wrappings on him, and it's otherwise impossible to get any creatures in the deck with more than 3 power.)
