This budget deck goes wide with tokens and then gets big with Seraph of the Masses and Hanweir Militia Captain  . On curve, you can play Hunted Witness , Gather the Townsfolk , Rally for the Throne , Captain's Call , and Increasing Devotion , giving you thirteen tokens on turn five. Intangible Virtue buffs and gives vigilance, Pacifism provides removal, and Raise the Alarm adds combat tricks. You will almost always have the city's blessing by turn 5, at which point you should be able to swing through for lethal with the combination of Pride of Conquerors and Brave the Elements .
