This budget deck cranks out goblin tokens with Dragon Fodder , Krenko's Command , and Hordeling Outburst , and then sacrifices them to Goblin Grenade , Collateral Damage , and Artillerize . With a Guttersnipe on board, you can be doing 20+ points of damage as early as turn 4. If you're not playing modern, be sure to put in four copies of Goblin War Strike , which is the perfect card for this deck. Also, be sure to use the Ixalan version of Lightning Strike in order to stick with the goblin theme.
