This is a cheap tribal deck built around Liliana's Contract - one of the easier alternative win conditions in magic. Venomous Changeling and Moonglove Changeling slow things down with deathtouch. Memorial to Folly, Return from Extinction, Skeletal Changeling, and Graveshifter help with resiliency. Doom Blade, Reprobation, and Conclave Tribunal provide removal. Brainspoil tutors up Liliana's Contract and also doubles as removal.

If you've got a couple of extra bucks, I would mix things up significantly and build a white weenie deck around Mirror Entity, Shields of Velis Vel, and Liliana's Contract.
