This is a pretty casual/budget deck based around wheeling and untaping. It can win with Nekusar, the Mindrazer or by storming out with a bunch of mana rocks and Paradox Engine into Mind's Desire. And of course there's always Laboratory Maniac. Aside from that you can take advantage of your opponents graveyards with Animate Dead and Rise of the Dark Realms.
