Burn decks tend to be about the same every time, since there's only so many good direct damage spells, and you want to deal lots of damage very quickly, so three mana is iffy, four mana is usually right out, five mana is not a good idea.
Cheaper planeswalkers are better, one mana is a huge difference. Get rid of your 5 drops, if you can put them down, you've probably lost.
Rift Bolt is a lightning bolt that you have to wait a turn, so basically one of the best turn one plays possible.
Shrine is very slow, I would not recommend it.
Fireblast is effectively a free 4 damage.
Flame Rift is good, yes you take damage, but they'll be at lower health since you're burn.
If you want lategame, go for Figure of Destiny .
Hellspark Elemental is effectively a reusable Incinerate.
Barbarian Ring is nice since it's just damage after a few spells.
Figure out what in your deck is the slowest (hint, if it costs more than 2 mana, look carefully at it), and get rid of it. Google legacy burn decks, look at them, and see what you like in them.
Having all one mana burn is eh, sure you get to cast a lot quickly, but you want to make sure that you can kill them within 3 or 4 turns. Let's say you're playing against Stoneblade. They get out a batterskull and swing. There goes 4 of your life per turn, and you really don't want to be dealing damage to their creatures instead of them. If you go 1 mana burn, you have to now worry about the fact that a lot of your spells will only deal 2 damage instead of 3, and what you gain in tempo, you lose in card advantage.
