A new perspective on Approach of the Second Sun; my Approach to New Perspectives; the possibilities for puns are endless! I could cycle through them all day!

Anyways, this deck is a pretty straightforward New Perspectives combo deck: turns 3-4 you enchant lands with Gift of Paradise and New Horizons (whose +1/+1 counter fizzles), then turn 5 you put down New Perspectives, draw up to seven hopefully, and start cycling cards like Vizier of Tumbling Sands to untap your enchanted lands to regain two mana of any colour and Shefet Monitor to fetch basic lands and go back up to having enough mana to cast Approach of the Second Sun, then cycle back down to it and cast it after untapping. NOTE: always leave enough mana open for Censors and Haze of Pollens if there is a chance that your opponent can beat you down or counter/exile (Lost Legacy, Gideon's Intervention) Approach of the Second Sun!

Sideboard

The sideboard needs work, but so far, replace 1 Fetid Pools and 2 New Horizons with Sweltering Suns against aggro or creature-heavy decks, and Scarab Feast is against graveyard shenanigans. Countervailing Winds replaces Censor in control matchups, Renewed Faith is good against aggro, and Kefnet the Mindful is, really, against any matchup where you see fit. If you side him in, he becomes an additional wincon, so treat him nicely. Counter or Cast Out their Ixalan's Bindings and Cast Outs placed on him, and the Gideon's Intervention naming him, etc.
