With your highest mana costing spell being 4 CMC I don't think you need the card:Avacyn's Pilgrim. From what I see you want to get as mana creatures out as possible to maximize the Sublime Archangel which is pretty cool. I think maybe if you ran like card:Garruk's Companion just for the trample that could be really good. Currently everything you have can get blocked all day long but with trample it doesn't matter. Also Lead the Stampede might be good to draw into more creatures. So if you had 28/60 cards being creature cards if you draw 5 you should be getting approximately somewhere between 2-3 creatures into your hand statistically. Also it would go through the deck 5 cards at a time increasing your odds of finding your Sublime Archangel .
+1 for the deck name alone. I agree with bhrusson0 it doesn't matter if you swing for 100 life if you get chump blocked by a 1/1. Find a way to give your creatures trample, even Revenge of the Hunted wouldn't be so bad. Also maybe Aven Squire over Borderland Ranger would be better, because you're 3 drop is really stacked. You could also put in Champion of Lambholt in place of Attended Knight for some unblockable sweetness.
As great as Birthing Pod is I feel like it hurts this deck in the long run. If you have to blast Strangleroot Geist into Blade Splicer into Sublime Archangel , sure you get the golem but lose 2 creatures that could've been adding to the exalted beatdown. card:Tracker's Instincts or Lead the Stampede could help dig for her without taking creatures off the battlefield.
I'm honestly can't decide wether or not to keep Bpod or replace it with Lead the stampede. I like the fact that i can get it right away with Blade splicer rather than searching for it with Lead the stampede. However you do bring up a good point emrakool
