I was making an artifact commander deck and while it was tempting to pick a commander with a color identity to get all sorts of good colored cards that would work really well with artifact deck, I decided I wanted to make an artifact deck without a color identity. It seemed like it would be a bit of a challenge but I'm up for the challenge. Let's go over the parts of the deck:

The Commander

I decided to have Kozilek, the Great Distortion as the commander. Even though he isn't an artifact and doesn't have any synergy with artifacts, there aren't too many choices for a commander without a color identity and pretty much all the good artifact tribal commanders seem to have color identities. Kozilek is a great card and is a powerful commander for the deck and the "" in his mana cost will never be an issue since this deck only uses colorless mana.

Ramp

From Sol Ring to Dreamstone Hedron the deck has lots of mana rocks to help ramp and these mana rocks will allow us to ramp into Kozilek, the Great Distortion or other bombs like Blightsteel Colossus or Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger

Win Conditions

Ramping to cast or just cheating big bombs like Blightsteel Colossus or some of the Eldrazi Titans onto the battlefield are the main win conditions in the deck. Overwhelming them with indestructible artifacts or interesting card combinations like Nevinyrral's Disk + Darksteel Forge can also provide some very powerful effects.

I made this deck very recently and it is by no means optimized and any suggestions would be very much appreciated. I'm trying not to use too many expensive cards since I want the deck to be non-proxied without having to spend a ton of money on cards.
