Budget (each card $2 or less) deck built around casting spells and copying them to bigly-yuge-tremendous effect.

Since Wort, the Raidmother costs 6 mana, ramping to get her out early is a priority. After that, feel free to Blaze it all day long.

Each copy can choose new targets, so if you cast Burn at the Stake and copy it twice, you can hit each other player in a 4-player game for however much damage it is. Also if you cast, say, a Reverberate on a spell that has already been conspire-copied, you can conspire-copy the Reverberate for an additional copy.

Additional costs don't need to be repeated for copies. You only need to discard two cards to the original cast of Cathartic Reunion, but you can draw 3 cards as many times as you can copy it. It is a similar case for Harrow and Crop Rotation.

A sub-theme of this deck is "retrieval". Your graveyard can sometimes act as a second hand by using cards like Volcanic Vision and Vengeful Rebirth, both of which can wreck your opponents when copied, all the while getting multiple cards back into your hand. These cards get exiled after use, but copying the effect makes you get a lot more bang for your mana-buck.

Note: the "cheese" are just fun cards that can sometimes win out of nowhere. Copy an Enlarge 3 times and take someone out with commander damage. Punish an opponent for hiding behind deathtouch creatures. Make a bajillion oooooooozes.
