Comments and suggestions welcome~ this is a slightly budget experimental build built mostly with cards from Kaladesh I already have, so there are probably cards from the past that do the job better than some of these cards do

The way that Energy E has been designed in the Kaladesh block, most cards with energy printed on it have some energy production and some energy spending. A few of these cards have recurring energy production, but tend to sacrifice or exile themselves after a huge energy cost ability. The focus of this deck: continuously gain energy and use it with the various energy payoff cards with high energy costs.

The Commanders:

• Silas Renn, Seeker Adept : Kaladesh is not only an energy set, but an artifact set as well. Some artifacts are central to the deck's strategy, like Aetherworks Marvel . Silas will, with some evasion, be some insurance for artifact removal.

• Tana, the Bloodsower : Red and Green are powerful energy colors in Kaladesh block, and the color identity is main draw of Tana. However, since some evasion will be provided for Silas and his artifact-friendly ability, that evasion can be used in Tana's favor, especially with pump spells/abilities.

The Categories:

• MakeEnergy: The repeatable effects that create energy when certain conditions are met. Aethersquall Ancient , Architect of the Untamed , Gonti's Aether Heart

• EnergySink: The spammable "Pay X energy to do something" that will attempt to be win conditions. Lightning Runner , Whirler Virtuoso , Electrostatic Pummeler

• EnergyUse: The bit-by-bit use of one or two energy at a time for pretty powerful effects. Deadlock Trap , Aether Theorist , Servant of the Conduit

• EnergyBlip: Some cards make a little energy in addition to some other effect. These are good filler and keep the aether flowing until the repeatable effects come out. Sage of Shaila's Claim , Woodweaver's Puzzleknot , Attune with Aether

Strategy/Wincon

Misc.

• Infinite thopter combo: Whirler Virtuoso + Gonti's Aether Heart + Decoction Module . Whirler makes a thopter for 3 energy, thopter enters and triggers the heart and the module, producing 3 energy total. Repeat.
