Basically Mardu Pyromancer without white (lingering souls doesn't really count as white because you can mill or discard it) due to budgetary constraints (same w/ K command and more fast/fetch lands) and card availability (which includes cards I own).

Any suggestions on how to improve this build of Young Pyro are helpful and welcome! (Please help me improve this deck, I want to make it as competitive as I can while remaining within budget)
