3/27/20 Another small update 8/3/19: Small update. Haven't played deck as much recently but will be using it more now, so more updates to come. 6/26/18: Deck has been updated.

Original Desc.:Preliminary Breya decklist, Budget and not many changes from the original deck, only 33 different cards, 18 of which are lands. Obviously the lands are changable if you have a higher/lower budget. With a higher budget, the dual lands are amazing, no question as to including them. As for a lower budget, The pre-con deck does indeed have a decent base, and sticking with that and just changing a few basics around should be "good-enough".
