Goal is to enable threshold using cards like Grisly Salvage and Commune with the Gods to enable threshold to pump up cheap creatures like Werebear with a few cards to bring them back if they are killed.

I'm not too sure what the sideboard should look like as I'm fairly new to pauper, so any suggestions are appreciated
