A budget EDH deck that uses mill as Lazav's personal toolbox to annoy the enemy and steal the biggest creatures to use for himself. Mill is a very possible win condition, but not recommended-- it's way too hard to mill every opponent in an EDH setting unless you pull one of the couple of combos in this deck.

Phenax + Eater of the Dead, Mindcrank + Duskmantle Guildmage, Traumatize + Keening Stone, Consuming Abberation in general is nasty... And of course, Grinning Totem to jack that pesky Gisela! Graveyard hate like Rest in Peace can really counter this deck, so make sure to use Grinning Totem/Duress (If you happen to have Telepathy on the field and can see it)/Praetor's Grasp to make sure it doesn't get played.

I've found the most fun part of playing this deck is that essentially you are playing everyone else's deck. Thanks for the Avacyn bro, I'll take her :)

This deck is very much in progress. The couple of times I've gotten to use it it has proven very effective! My play group hates it, but it's by far my favorite deck.
