Pretty basic Shimmer Zur deck. This deck is a fairly budget version of a Zur deck and because of that the easiest way to win is through using Zur's ability to cheat out Necropotence then drawing a significant portion of your deck. At your end step before going to cleanup attempt to play Shimmer Myr into a number of cost reducers, mana rocks and ritual effects to generate enough mana to play Isochron Scepter/Dramatic Reversal or generate a high storm count into either Aetherflux Reservoir. Alternatively Blind Obedience can be used with the Dramatic/Scepter to drain your opponents.

There is also a Tainted Pact/Demonic Consultation line with Laboratory Maniac or Jace. I have not updated this to Thassa's Oracle as I am not a fan after running into Flash too frequently prior to the recent ban.
