When I returned to MTG, I was introduced to Commander/EDH by my playgroup. I bought the Mizzix pre-con to get my self started, and have loved playing and adding to it. This is the latest iteration, and I feel it's pretty close to the final product. I'm going for a 75% deck, and have a few more pieces I'm trying to settle, which is why this is here. (1) Scour From Existence, Tezzeret's Gambit, Turnabout, Dig Through Time, Spell Burst, Whispers of the Muse, Lightning Greaves, Propaganda, Leyline of Anticipation, and Ral Zarek are all on the Maybe board. Some of them are pretty important (Scour, Dig, Greaves, Propaganda especially) but I really don't know what I'd cut.(2) Sensei's Divining Top or Scroll Rack?(3) Rhystic Study or Mystic Remora?(4) Any other suggestions?

Edit Deck has been updated for today's acquisitions (based on Reddit feedback) and I've added more damage spells to the Maybe-board, because I'm not sure 3 will cut it.
