This is intended to be a Dimir deck which relies on surveilling to buff its cheap creatures, such as Notion Rain + Dimir Spybug , with a lot of hand hate ( Davriel, Rogue Shadowmage + Disinformation Campaign + Thought Erasure ), some counterspells ( Sinister Sabotage ), and removal ( Cry of the Carnarium + Vraska's Contempt + Price of Fame + Hostage Taker ) to maintain control along the way. Once you've cleared their hand and the board, send in the Doom Whisperer .
