Budget Rosheen Meanderer edh deck. Has a weak start on the first 4 turns usually, but quickly accelerates at 4 mana because rosheen allows for high value x costs early on, especially with Animist's Awakening. Also, a few mana rocks become available at 4 mana. Afterwards the deck can quickly accelerate out of control. A big problem however is the ability of counter spells to shut down the "all in" play style of the deck. This problem can be avoided by putting down a Hydra Broodmaster while opponents using many counter spells don't have access to blue mana. Other helpful counters to blue control are Mistcutter Hydra and Hermit of the Natterknolls  , which dissuades blue players from casting spells on your turn. A main late game finisher in groups of three or four is Jaya's Immolating Inferno, which can suddenly take out up to three players all at once. However one on one, many of the single target burn spells can quickly burn out an opponent.
