Hate your opponents having those pesky cards? say no more! With a myriad of discard spells, the series of torture like that of Quest for the Nihil Stone will soon be imposed on the opponent. The more spells they cast in a desperate struggle, the tighter your clench. Enjoy!
WINCON: Play spells that deal damage per card discard Megrim, and spells the deal damage if your opponent doesn't have enough cards in hand Quest for the Nihil Stone and Shrieking Affliction. Meanwhile they are top decking because they have limited cards in hand and progress is slow. Lastly Nyxathid will become a beast to reckoned with, haunt him or Augur of Skulls with Cry of Contrition to punish your opponents further.
PREFERRED TURNS
TURN 1: Land and Harsh Scrutiny so that I can see what they are doing, make them discard w/e they kept the hand for, and get to scry one.
TURN 2: Land and a myriad of enchantments or Augur of Skulls
TURN 3: Land and Nyxathid or a bunch of discards.
turn 4-win: Keep making them discard and punish them with quest for nihil stone and Shrieking Affliction. Asylum Visitor will keep you drawing cards to keep the opponent cardless. Overall just keep your opponent at a disadvantage the whole game until they die from direct damage.
Special mention: Geier Reach Sanitarium is good for getting Megrim to trigger, counters on late game Quest for the Nihil Stone and I get to loot; either way it is deserving of special mention.
Win condition: Direct Damage via quest for nihil stone Raiders' Wake and Shrieking Affliction, along with a few hits from Nyxathid. My goal is to get you to 0-1 cards for most upkeeps and keep you there.
Sideboard: The sideboard is built for decks that I cant get to 0-1 cards in hand (darn you draw'ers), and keep them there. So to win, I do damage per card discarded, per instance of: Megrim and Raiders' Wake. I will really get into the damage once you have a nice handful of cards with a Monomania. Since you aren't getting players down to 0 cards, Asylum Visitor, Shrieking Affliction, and Quest for the Nihil Stone get the boot.

3x Sangromancer The life gain will trigger per card discarded, allowing you to survive significantly longer with a simple Dark Deal against an opponent with a fist full of cards. which will compensate for the increased CMC of the sideboard.. Again seriously if you can afford Liliana's Caress, run out and get it!
ADDITIONAL SWAPS: When playing against burn decks, remove Augur of Skulls for an assorted card like Vicious Rumors, or else it will usually get killed prior to your upkeep, and two mana regenerate is usually not feasible in a modern game.
TESTING: Looking for cheap replacements for Augur of Skulls, the regenerate ability has saved my bacon, but so too have I lost by not being able to make an opponent discard immediately, additionally, many times has it been killed with a burn spell prior to my upkeep, wasting mana and a card slot. Vicious Rumors is being tested currently, suggestions are welcome, but ensure they are budget. nobody likes playing against a discard deck, so I won't spend to much money on something that nobody except the pilot enjoys.
