UPDATE 1
I've made quite a few changes like taking out Bloodline Keeper
Flip, Olivia Voldaren, Falkenrath Aristocrat, Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet along with a few other creatures and added Olivia, Mobilized for War, Falkenrath Gorger for some haste vampires with counters. I also added Indulgent Aristocrat, to work alongside Dark Salvation and Liliana, the Last Hope
in the sideboard (I don't know if I would ever use her but she is a really cool card and would love to use her! Maybe fit her into the main deck itself?). Thanks to everyone who has already helped me out already!
