My home brew version of a budget Niv-Mizeet Parun. The obvious combos with Curiosity, Tandem Lookout, and Ophidian Eye I've also added Isochron Scepter&Dramatic Reversal for the infinite mana and you will be able to bring Niv out and keep casting Dramatic Reversal to win.The biggest problem I've ran into is if you don't have a draw engine early your going to be behind. I know there's cards that can better fit this deck tried to keep it pretty budget and most cards i had in my collection trying to stay away from over buying. It does decent in most games I play it in. Would like feed back on what i can add/remove.
