Updating my M15-KTK UW control deck to be a M15-KTK-FRF UW Control deck. Azorious all the way!

Credit to Jim Davis on the mana-base, mine is the same as his U/W control deck of of last season.

Most of the spell base is similar to U/W control of last season, and most of the differences are similar to the list presented by Luis Scott Vargas in his article, "the Spirit of Fate Reforged"

Notable differences between my list and the one LSV posted are I have1 less Ugin, 1 more Elspeth and a 4th devouring light in place of the 4th Jeskai Sage.
