Philosophy:

Deck has heavy synergy with Riku of Two Reflections. The deck can support itself with powerful spells and big creatures. But add Riku into the mix and cards like Desertion becomes counter a creature, steal it and get a copy. The 3 "wish" cards in the deck can fetch 6 cards from the wish board if they're copied. In general the deck contains interesting cards that aren't too annoying when copied and in the end crazy things will have happened.

The wish board is only a wish board, it is never used for substitutions. Creature, instant and sorcery sections in wish board each contain some form of "single" target removal, a form of board wipe and a win condition. Some cards like Comet Storm double as a board wipe and win condition. The 2-3 remaining cards in each section offer varied utility affects that are useful throughout the course game.

Creature Board:

City of Brass Mana fixing when I need it verses a creature.

Dragonmaster Outcast Win condition, blockers.

Surrak Dragonclaw Good blocker, protection for my creature spells and who doesn't love trample.

Body Double Awesome utility card that can copy from any graveyard.

Bane of Progress Board wipe for artifacts and enchantments, doesn't slow me down as much as others.

Sorcery Board:

Gamble Tutor that can be copied for cheap.

Decimate Value removal card.

Rite of Replication Win condition.

Seasons Past Recursion for a land and a good number of other cards, then shuffle it in.

Warp World Board wipe, works well when my field is token heavy.

Instant Board:

Feed the Clan Simple life gain. Should an opponent try to copy it without a creature of power 4, they gain less life.

Comet Storm Board wipe and win condition.

Stonewood Invocation Utility and a win condition. Riku can still copy even when Split Second is on the stack, buff and protect two creatures.

Brutal Expulsion A more Riku friendly style of "counter spell." Can bounce a spell, a creature, burn a creature and even a walker if copied.

Time Stop Utility exile spells, stop attacks, etc.
