Sideboard

Maybeboard

I've always liked Jace's character (mysterious and cool, I fell for the cool factor), still do. Probably the most important factor to keep in mind when evaluating the deck is that it's built in a themed fashion which therefore limits its competitive capability. I try to fuse cool and good together and I have a lot of fun with it!

The deck is pretty self explanatory, I've just hand-picked my favorite creatures, enchantments, and counter-spells. A quirk I still hold on to is that I want it to flexible for the 1st game. The main idea is to mill the opponent but if for some reason you can't or don't get the right cards, you may be able to win with creatures. Side board allows to switch game play to creatures instead of milling while holding on to counters. I don't main board Archive Trap because. well. none of the people I really play have fetches so I end up having to hard cast it.

Oh, and all of the Jaces on the maybe board I actually have I just don't have room for them in the deck. Everything else there is other flavor that also doesn't really fit in the deck.
