The goal is use small dragons to build up quick easy and cheap direct damage, as well as control the field. With well times summons along with all freatures having (pay 1 mountain to gain +1/+0 ) along with flying it allowes for easy early damage. Dragon tempest allows for massive amounts of damage to creature or player for easy control of the field. Along with giving my dragons haste which gives me time for my 4 and 5 mana cost cards. Koth allows my to either 1. quick power for my dragons or 2. Alow my utvara hellkite for massive dragon token pops which usually end the game just coming to the field.
