this is my paper list for Rashmi.

Got core build from the Rashmi Discord Server, and mostly from from Sug's list here: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/infinite-eternities-that-also-last-a-long-time/

I chose Rhystic Study so it can 'slow down' the game somewhat while giving me a chance to draw cards.

I like Ramunap Excavator very much as it is a source of constant land drops via Fetchlands. He helps us thin the deck by fetching a land every turn. Ramunap is also a good blocker vs. hate bears.

There's added hoser cards like Grafdigger's Cage for Hulk deck and graveyard based strategies. Damping Matrix for Cursed Totem-like hosing while still using your own mana dorks.

Enter the Infinite Paradox Engine Damping Matrix Blue Sun's Zenith

GrafDiggers Cage Phyrexian Furnace

Tried Emrakul and it was fun and powerful. And didn't require extra slots. However, It's a wincon that cannot be tutored for, the only way to tutor for it is Intuition with regrowth cards.

Enter the Infinite can easily be tutored for via Mystical Tutor, and that's one of the reasons that make it great. Once you have enough mana, you can just brute force a win via tutoring for ETI. Merchant Scroll is Mystical Tutor #2 so you can chain into ETI. ETI is still better even though it requires an extra slot for a combo card to use with it.

This time, its ETI without Isochron scepter and Dramatic Reversal. I will be using Paradox Engine and Blue Sun's Zenith. Cast ETI, then drop mana rocks to cast Paradox Engine, then cast spells to generate infinite mana with Seasons Past loops or kill with Blue Sun's Zenith. Or you can also generate infinite mana with Pardox engine , Sensei's top and Blue Sun''s Zenith.

Also, The deck still has the alternate win of Seasons past loops with Temporal Manipulation and Mystical Tutor for infinite turns.

Note: The Paradox Engine /Blue Sun's Zenith win was added so the deck can win without Season''s past. The difference between this and the Original builds of Rashmi is that it can afford us an extra open slot for the hate card of your choice. For me, its Damping matrix.

Damping matrix functions similarly to Cursed Totem but doesn't stop mana abilities. We can still use the mana dorks. Matrix stops important non-mana abilities like Yisan, Thrasios, Creatures with discard or sacrifice abilities for combos with Protean Hulk, Hermit Druid, Walking Ballista, Quirion Ranger/Scryb Ranger, Tasigur, Kiki Jiki, Pili Pala etc, etc.

That's not all, Damping matrix stops non mana Artifact abilities as well , like Chain Veil (Teferi decks), Aetherflux Reservoir of storm decks, Isochron Scepter - Dramatic Reversal decks, Sensei's Divining Top Combos, Staff of Domination and Umbra Mantle (Green Decks), Rings of Brighthearth, etc. etc.

So far the ETI win has been good, Blue Sun Zenith abit awkward to cast due to 3 blue, however it still does the job to win the game. I have yet to draw Damping matrix.

P.S. What was originally intended was to use Enter The Infinite, cast Dramatic Reversal (without isochron) and loop with Seasons Past to generate infinite mana and kill with stroke of genius. But this relied too heavily on Seasons Past. If Seasons Past is exiled, there is no way the deck can win via combo.
