The goal here is to play the Tempo game, slowing down and annoying...I mean, controlling your opponent(s) long enough to grind out the win.

Specifically chose to keep this all Dragon/Changeling based to optimize the benefits of having my commander out. Clone effects will allow me to copy my dragons, or in a pinch copy my opponents best creatures to benefit my side of the board.
