Announted Procession (AP) doubles the amount of tokens created, another AP doubles that amount again (resulting in 2[#AP] tokens created). Panharmonicon will double this proc again. This makes the effect of Regal Caracal somewhat intresting. Since all creatures are white, Oketra's Monument is reducing their cost as well as creating tokens, which again, will benefit from AP.
Oketra the True is a infinite factory for tokens (as long as there is mana). He (she?) also serves as token generation in the opponent's turn in order to gain life through Anointer Priest which procs Crested Sunmare's effect.
