Creatures:

Abyssal Persecutor: Four mana 6/6 with flying, pretty much explains itself.
Desecration Demon Four Mana 6/6 flyer that makes opponents sac creatures to avoid huge amounts of damage.
Fulminator Mage: Kills opponents lands and makes late game more possible.
Spellbreaker Behemoth: Four mana 5/5 can't be countered that makes all of my other big creatures uncountable.
Tasigur, the Golden Fang: Need I explain
Tombstalker : Tasigur got an upgrade and now is a 5/5 with flying!!
Spells:

Abrupt Decay: Is no stranger to Modern removal, kills lots of different stuff and can't be countered.
Dreadbore: Cheap removal, can also kill Planeswalkers
Garruk, Apex Predator: Easy to get out in the late game and can produce an army of 3/3 Beasts and can kill stuff.
Go for the Throat: Cheap removal, sideboard out against Affinity for Ancient Grudge.
Golgari Charm: Kills Enchantments and can safe my creatures, and kill an army of 1/1s.
Inquisition of Kozilek: Removes threats from opponents hand.
Maelstrom Pulse: Can kill multiple of the same card.
Murderous Cut: Will cost less with all the removal spells and fetchlands you will be playing.
Pyroclasm: Weenie Kill!!
Terminate: Cheap removal.
