Why would I play just my deck when I can play yours, too?

Imagine there was a card that cost 3 mana and read: "Search your library for a card. Exile it. It may be cast for as long as it is in exile." How fast would you play that card?

That card exists. It's Praetor's Grasp. The only catch is that it's your opponent's library.

This deck and I got STOMPED badly at the IQ. Partially, I read the meta wrong and was expecting Eldrazi, so I was geared for dealing with a single major threat per turn, every turn. Unsummon and Vapor Snag work great for that. They work piss-poor against Merfolk and the like, however. Since there's nothing scary to pull out of their deck against them, I'm just sunk.

Fellwar Stone and Stolen Goods were also worthless.

More fundamentally, however, the deck is taking too long to get started. I'm looking to change it from a control early game to a more disruption-based game with some immediate board pressure.
