I am taking the Commander 2015 deck Plunder the Graves and fine tuning it to my liking I will be explaining which cards I take out and what I replace it with.

I removed Vulturous Zombie and replaced him with Thragtusk because he has much more value and is a way better target in the yard.

Banshee of the Dread Choir for Puppeteer Clique well needless to say this guy is broken, you get to steal a creature twice, and if he dies he adds to your counters and he dies twice! Great target for reanimation. Also Myriad is great in commander but the only creature that would truly benefit from this effect if Grave Titan and I don't want to leave this card in for that synergy alone.

Blood Bairn for Merciless Executioner and Eater of Hope for Fleshbag Marauder: they essentially serve the same purpose and fit the strategy a lot more.

Caller of the Pack for Avenger of Zendikar you need sac fodder and he gives it.

Cloudthrasher for Grave Titan, way better value.

Extractor Demon for Sheoldred, Whispering One she is a second Meren essentially so a must.

Great Oak Guardian for Sidisi, Undead Vizier she is a way better option because of the tutoring effect that is relevant with the sacrificing effect.

Indrik Stomphowler for Massacre Wurm Massacre is just relevant in commander and has reanimation value, he is just very relevant.

theif of blood for Catacomb Sifter, this is such a useful creature it gives you a token that can sacrifice itself or serve as fodder.

Sever the Bloodlinefor Death Cloud, Mutually assured destruction.

Ambition's Cost for Birthing Pod, I feel it's self explanatory but it's essentially the best tutor in the game and he benefits Meren.

Altar's Reap for Jarad's Orders very useful with Meren you fetch Eternal Witness and can essentially cycle anything in your deck and what ever you put in you graveyard.

Diabolic Servitude for Eldritch Evolution well this is Diet Birthing Pod so why the hell not.

Overwhelming Stampede and Dread Summons for Dictate of Erebos and Grave Pact if I sacrifice it seems my opponent should do the same.
