Kraum&Ikra think that your deck is nice

Commander / EDH UBRG

This is a clone & steal deck. Lots of card advantage and lots of both targeted ans wide answers enable us to not only copy our opponents' best permanents, but quickly get a step ahead. Our options include:

That's a nice creature you have there, i think i'll order one too. These are the kind of effects we have the most of. As creatures, Clever Impersonator, Stunt Double, Dack's Duplicate, Evil Twin, Phantasmal Image, Phyrexian Metamorph, Vizier of Many Faces. Mythos of Illuna, Rite of Replication and Saheeli's Artistry do the same but in spell form. Each one has a different twist on it and will allow us to vary our lines of play.
That's a nice creature you have there, i think i'll just straight up take it. Blatant Thievery and Hostage Taker allow us to take control of permanents on the field. And if something dies, we can Mimic Vat it back to life. I cut down a bit on these kind of effects as they tend to be very mana intensive.+
Hey, it's like a tutor if you think about it! Sometimes we don't even need the permanent on the field to grab hold of it. Bribery is awesome and can be a wincon, Praetor's Grasp allows us to search for any answer or win condition, just not from our own deck. Gonti, Lord of Luxury, Thief of Sanity and our duo of win conditions, Villainous Wealth and Mind's Dilation snatch things off the top. Oh, by the way, do you like sol rings? Thada Adel, Acquisitor will go fetch one just for you.
Kraum and Ikra have the very important job of giving access to all four colors worth playing in Commander (i'm looking at you WOTC), but their utility is far from just that. Kraum is almost always the first one to cast, giving us on-curve, solid board presence with a hasty flyer that lets us draw cards for some early game gas. He can also get in for cheap commander damage, accelerating the clock if someone is durdling too much without putting up blockers. Ikra is more useful late game. She's a heavy blocker if we're facing a full board and supplies some lifegain if we happen to be running low against more aggressive decks. In the end, they're not just bystanders of the right colors, but each one has a role within this deck's strategy.

There are basically no consistent, game-to-game basis, wincons in this list and that's just the spirit of the deck! You'll have to figure out a way to snatch the game on your own each time, based on what your opponents have on the field or in their decks. If you're bored by linear strategies without too much interactions and want every game to be different, this might be the deck for you.

My list is heavily inspired by SwoollyLoxodon's classic Yidris list. You can find it here --> Yidris Clone and Steal

His list is super spicy so if you have no budget restrictions, definitely check it out. Mine is a more budget friendly version.
