Rakdos politics with the multiverse's best Sleeper Agent. This is definitely a casual deck for shits and giggles with friends that you want to make enemies with. Emphasis on cards that sow discord and enable feuds between opponents.

This is a budget deck, but it contains some pricy cards only because I already own them. It's important to note that even with the pricy shockland and such that the deck is only about 100 bucks. And the deck can be even less if you want to cut down on some of the 5-10 dollar cards!
