This is the third iteration of a deck that aims to control the board by manipulating power and toughness. Originally, it was helmed Mannichi, the Fevered Dream, but while the consistency of having a p/t flipper in the command zone was nice, there were lots of desired effects in other colors. Rowan Kenrith and Will Kenrith led a more combat trick centric deck, which I was pretty happy with, but I don't think they're on mtgo. Inalla lets us use our wizards' tap effects the same turn we play them, or double Trinket Mage or Disciple of Bolas triggers, as well as opening up black, which lets us triple our Serendib Sorcerer effects.

The gameplan: 1: Draw cards and ramp, removing threats when necessary. You really won't be doing much else until you can tutor some key cards.

2: Control the board with Meishin, the Mind Cage, Ensnaring Bridge, No Quarter, Noetic Scales, and Vedalken Shackles, all of which synergize with p/t flippers like Mannichi, the Fevered Dream, Dwarven Thaumeturgist, and Merfolk Thaumeturgist. Island of Wak-Wak and a p/t flipper kills a flier. Beguiler of Wills and friends steal your opponent's creatures and so you can use them or sac them to Profaner of the Dead or Disciple of Bolas.

3: Make a low-power creature unblockable with Goblin Tunneler or Pathmaker Initiate and flip its power and toughness. Prophetic Flamespeaker with Slagwurm Armor is pretty scary, as are Viral Drake and Reaper of Sheoldred or anything you can get through with a Grafted Exoskeleton on. You can also make Tree of Perdition a 0/2.
