My fiance loves Liliana so I am building her a casual theme deck. It is mostly going to be full of cards that reference Liliana in the flavor text or artwork but can include other cards that fit with her general theme (Discard, Zombies, etc...). While I want the deck to feature lots of thematic cards I also want it to be a fairly decent deck as well.

Dark Petition is an important thematic card but the deck (As it is currently) contains tons of cards that can be played right away after tutoring for them with the extra mana.

While it's hard to justify all of them existing in the same deck, I really want to include 1 of each version of Liliana in the deck. It makes her happy.

Waste Not seemed like a no brainer and Curse of Shallow Graves really helps give that zombie horde feel, plus helps ensure I always have a zombie on the field for Gravecrawler. I included Rise from the Grave partially because it adds Zombie to the creature type of the resurrected creature.
