A very budget Simic Bogles deck. I originally built it to have an excuse to use my Coiling Oracles but they didn't work out in it at all. For the most part it's just like any other Bogles deck:

1. Play Slippery Bogle or one of its cousins.

2. Slap on Rancor and Spider Umbra or Boar Umbra and Spectral Flight or Aqueous Form.

3. Go to town.

The tiny handful of counterspells help with my local meta. Since the mana curve is low, there's not a lot of land. In practice, Temple of Mystery kind of sucks and I'll probably replace it.

Though not perfect (or even that great), this deck is really really good at chewing up and spitting out durdly UB homebrews, which is 90% of the people I play against. If you want a more competitive modern budget deck, I'd suggest Infect, probably.
