wanted to build a tribal dragon deck. settled on rakdos dragons with kolaghan. gameplan is simple, reduce the cost of the dragons and start casting dragons. Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas help with dealing damage early / also helping with haste. Getting one of the token makers out Utvara Hellkite or Lathliss, Dragon Queen help push the dragons over the limit.
