With Modern Horizons nearly here, I decided to rebuild my previous sliver build, Sliver Engine, and here it is. Slivers abound!

This deck is inspired by my father, who plays sliver EDH consistently. I chose to make a deck that counters his. Being the only non-permanent spell in the deck, if you can use primal surge, you can get out as much of your deck as you want, lands, creatures, etc. Other combos include:

manaweft sliver or cryptolith rite or gemhide sliver, sliver queen, blur sliver or cloudshredder sliver or heart sliver, and basal sliver or heartstone

Sliver overlord, any haste granting sliver, gemhide/manaweft sliver, and intruder alarm/paradox engine

Sliver queen, intruder alarm, gemhide/manaweft sliver

Primal surge

Amoeboid changeling/unnatural selection and sliver overlord
