A Mishra storm and artifact combo deck.

Early Game - Establish a draw engine with Riddlesmith, Vedalken Archmage, or Null Profusion. Then use Helm of Awakening, Cloud Key, Foundary Inspector or Blood Funnel and Mishra to reduce the cost of your mana rocks.

Mid Game - Use draw engines to cantrip through your deck. Mishra is not required, but Mishra + Possibility Storm with a draw engine will allow you to achieve massive value.

Late Game - Win through an artifact combo like Basalt Monolith + Voltaic Key + Decimator Web, as well as Isochron Sceptor + Grapeshot and Paradox Engine or Isochron Sceptor + Dramatic Reversal to storm out.

Mishra protects you while you combo out with Possibility Storm, Nullstone Gargoyle and Planar Chaos by allowing you to retrieve your artifacts even if they are countered by an effect while disrupting your opponents.
