Mardu Tokens (Modern MTG Deck)

alright the name of the game is tokens in RWB. So in order to gain tokens we got Young Pyromancer and Monastery Mentor. We also include Butcher of the Horde since we'll have a ton of tokens to sac, but since he's expensive he's a one of, same deal with sorin. Abbot of Keral Keep allows us to essentially draw a card that can only be played that turn. Since we have a ton of low cost spells that allow for removal, token generation should be a breeze. As for the mana base Urborg keeps our mana more consistent allowing us to get the colors we need more consistently. Leave a comment on suggestions thanks!

Deck List update — June 19, 2015

Took out 2 Crackling dooms and a Night's whisper for 2 more Kolaghan's Commands and another Lightning Helix. The Crackling Doom was situation based and would usually hit something I didn't want it to. As for the Night's Whisper, until I get Dark Confidant it's the closest second, but not a fantastic one by any means. Since I was unable to acquire a Marsh Flats a Windswept Heath will be a temporary fetchland until marsh flats are acquired.

Sideboard: took out Sowing Salt and Batterskull in favor of 2 Stony Silence
