This is my first attempt at a budget-ish blue deck for legacy, please give me feedback! (I would also like sideboard suggestions because i don't know what kind of decks are popular.)

The main idea of this deck is to filter what you draw using Ponder, Preordain , Brainstorm, etc. so you can get out your Delver of Secrets  , up until that point, you're countering the spells opponents try to cast. If i were to go a little higher in price, i would probably add Polluted Deltas and/or Flooded Strands.
