What we have here is a semi typical Dragonstorm deck with a bit of a twist. The vast majority of game I play are with 3 + players, because of this I've found that the normal strategy of bringing out 4 bogarden hellkite wasnt cutting on fun or power. I've gone for a jund colour scheme rather than grixis or izzet to allow for some of the powerful green dragons like Dragonlord Atarka and Atarka, World Render. The other change I was going for was to allow the deck to run alright without absolutely needing Dragonstorm. This is accomplished with Dragonspeaker Shaman and reasonably costed dragons like Demanding Dragon, Thunderbreak Regent and, Thundermaw Hellkite. The rest of the creatures are just large win condition type crestures that can be cast if necessary but also combo really nicely with the Dragonstorm. Dragonlord Kolaghan is a must in most Dragonstorm scenarios, the haste is just too important here. Lathliss, Dragon Queen is another great drop that gives a tonne of extra creatures that fuel our combos and our draconic rage, she will be another regular to the Dragonstorm party. The last Of the important Dragonstorm drops is Atarka, World Render. These three in play should really spell the end of 99% of decks I've tested it against, but added support in different situations is important to have. Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury work wonder If you just need to deal a lota damage and nothing else fancy. Use the Balefire Dragon if they have creatures that need dying and no flyers to block. If they do have flyers to block Thundermaw Hellkite will be your best friend to get that lethal damage through.Dragonlord Atarka brings a bit of field control if necessary. Utvara Hellkite is used mainly to produce blockers to protect your flank(i play mainly multiplayer so it is important. The mana ramp is fairly typical fir this type of deck Rite of Flame, Dark Ritual, Seething Song, Irencrag Feat and Dragon's Hoard. The lands are self explanatory and all produce red.
