As I was feared in life, so I will be feared in death!
In life Nekusar was a cruel king, his greed was unparalleled and his cruelty was notorious. Even in death this remains unchanged. Back from the dead he continues his reign, torturing those who led to his demise.
This is a deck built around Nekusar, the Mindrazer and his ability to hurt your opponents for drawing. So we are going to force cards on our opponent until they no longer desire any more, all the while making each draw and each discard hurt.

As well as a few Wheel of Fortune effects. There is going to be a lot of cards drawn.
Feel the Pain
Since people are drawing so many cards, why not make them hurt. These are essentially the win conditions for this deck.

These keep opponents in check while I draw all the cards I could ever want.
Alt Win Conditions
Sometimes just drawing cards won't win you the game. Just in case this totally unlikely situation occurs there are some fall back plans.
- Psychosis Crawler can get pretty big so hitting with that can finish of a game.
- Laboratory Maniac we will be drawing a whole ton of cards, we can sometimes pull this off, which is super fun.
- Blue Sun's Zenith can be used to mill our opponent's deck since they will be drawing just about as many cards as we do.
- Waste Not can produce a horde of zombies and sometimes attacking with 10 2/2s does the job.
- Jace, Wielder of Mysteries second Labman.
This is a lot of fun to play, even when losing. Making someone draw 6 cards on their draw step and then forcing them to discard all of them is a great feeling.
