This is a relatively "budget" EDH deck. No fancy tutors here.

Utilizing Monarch for card draw is the main idea to help get this deck going. Using some draw spells will help smooth things over and provide a better method to finding better answers depending on the situation.

While searching for an answer, alternative plans can be drawn up through gaining Treasures as a potential winning condition or by casting Approach of the Second Sun twice in a game as the other winning condition.

Possibly using tutors to help get the needed components sooner is an idea.
