Nicol Bolas is the ultimate pinnacle of greatness, our one true God Pharaoh.

Every single card in this list directly ties to Nicol Bolas in one way or another, the biggest stretches are the Shock Lands (Blood Crypt, Watery Grave, and Steam Vents) as well as the signets (Rakdos Signet, Dimir Signet, and Izzet Signet), but we need some way to ramp into what is near 8 mana tribal, and seeing as Bolas used Ravnica as the final stage for his plan to cast The Elderspell and become omnipotent once more, I believed it was justified.

Any card that isn't him, either depicts him in the art, is part of the flavor text, or is directly tied into through the lore (Tezzeret and the God-Eternals).
