This Superfriends deck focuses on speeding towards a combo win or stalling until that is possible. Mirror-mad Phantasm and Razeketh, the Foulblooded filter through the deck to find win cons or easily tutor for them. Nexus of Fate prevents the deck from milling itself and also allows infinite turns if the entire library is milled, but you're playing the deck wrong if you mill the entire library. The Chain Veil and Teferi, Temporal Archmage do not combo as easily as it would if Teferi were the Commander, however, it's definitely worth trying to chain the effects if possible. The following are notable win cons and combos:

Muldrotha + 10 mana + mindslaver => permanently control a player

pili-pala + grand architect + 1 blue mana => infinite mana

Deadeye navigator + peregrine drake => infinite mana

infinite mana + muldrotha + sacrifice or destroy outlet => play all cards from graveyard

deadeye navigator + deepglow skate => easy PW ults

Chain Veil + Teferi, Temporal Archmage + Kaya's Ghostform + way to recur Kaya's Ghostform => Lots of PW triggers and mana
