Altered Brood Deck

I delivered this deck form a couple of previous decks using the Altar of the Brood card to mill out opponents. The original idea was to use Trinket Mage and Havengul Lich as suggested by other users to gather the needed spells for the combo or to copy spells, but I found them to be too costly and hard to use even with Heartless Summoning lowering the costing costs.

The way I changed it works amazingly well.

Altar of the Brood + Heartless Summoning + Myr Retriever x2 is the main combo. Once you have 1 altar out and one Retriever, you just play Heartless Summoning to send your Retriever on the field to the Graveyard and bounce another artifact back to your hand. This is good if you already had a Perilous Myr or even another retriever or Altar already in the graveyard. Than play a Retriever to infinitely mill your opponent(s) because your consistently killing your retriever's and bringing them back for free with heartless summoning and milling them each time the retriever comes back into play.

Second Combo: Altar of the Brood + Grim Haruspex + Heartless Summoning + any creature that comes into play and dies to draw cards. This can be controlled or used while you infinitely mill your opponent. The only downside is that if an opponent makes you draw once you've drawn your library out, you will lose the game. It is a nice addition and helps you draw out cards if your not quite there for your combo as well. Use of a Perilous Myr can be used to kill the Grim Haruspex to eliminate drawing on your side so you can focus on just milling your opponent.

Muddle the Mixture was added for a 2 drop transmute which is huge in this deck in order to pull Heartless Summoning, Myr Retriever, or Perilous Myr out of your library.

I added Spell Pierce to protect plays as much games don't last 2-6 turns, this counter is amazing when you need it most. Muddle the Mixture can do work as well about burn and other spells when needed if I don't have to use the Transmute Ability.

I added Serum Visions, Gitaxian Probe, and Mulldrifter for draw. The Mulldrifter is actually very useful and amazing for this deck. The -2 to colorless cost from Heartless Summoning, actually affects the Evoke cost and allows me to draw 2 cards for 1 blue mana even though I still lose the creature. With Grim Haruspex, the draw goes to 3 for 1 blue mana cost because the Mulldrifter technically hits the board, triggers the Altar, and then dies, triggering the Grim Haruspex.

I added in Glimpse the Unthinkable, Surgical Extraction, and Spellskite to really give the deck that great one-two punch to keep opponents from rolling me over before I get the combo(s) out.

What I really need help with is ideas to make it easier to get the cards I need (if any) or cards to help keep me in the game longer. I still have issues against Infect decks. I can contend with most other decks as long as I start out with enough support for the combo(s).

Other potential cards I was thinking about were:Shriekmaw, Slithermuse, Shadows of the Past, Gavony Unhallowed, and Forgotten Creation for the deck.
