Gorgon's Head + Gelectrode or Izzet Staticaster = kill any creature with a single tap.

Curiosity + Gelectrode or Goblin Fireslinger or Guttersnipe = lots of draws.

Nivix Cyclops + Assault Strobe + Artful Dodge = 20 unblockable damage! (don't forget to flashback Artful Dodge)

Both Guttersnipe and Nivix Cyclops benefit a lot from the instants and sorceries.

Melek, Izzet Paragon and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind are there to assure a good middle/late game if Nivix Cyclops has not done the job yet.

And if you manage to enchant Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind with Curiosity, tap it and you just started an infinite combo! (Just be sure to have more cards in your deck than your opponent's life total)
